Working closely with the architects at Perkins+Will, we were able to design and fabricate this sign to fit the new art and design campus for UBC, Emily Carr University and SFU. Made from corten steel, the design twists and illuminates in a visually striking way.
This project required us to appease the city of Edmonton’s Heritage Board and Telus’ branding requirements. The result is a retro looking sign that works well with the outdoor Neon Museum that’s on the side of this building
KPU freestanding acrylic letters suspended to the ceiling of the KPU Campus stairwell.
Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection, is a luxury hotel in Surrey City Central. The tower signs are positioned over 525 feet up, making it the highest sign in Western Canada. These are LED illuminated channel letters.
These custom bird shapes are a work of art and took hundreds of man hours to complete. The technical components inside each shape allows the exterior to be clean and appreciated from afar.
After 4 years of extensive renovations Relate Church completed their building. To enhance the exterior, TDH built and installed a 28 foot high LED illuminated cross and a 40’ wide face-lit channel letter sign. The Cross illuminates from both the front and the back creating a powerful impact from far distances.
Lululemon expanded their very first location on West 4th taking over an existing Midas location next door. As a tribute to the neighbourhood they asked TDH to re-furbish the existing Midas sign and re-purpose it onto their new building.
The Midas sign was built and installed in 1971 and had many old fabrication techniques that TDH had to rectify. Incorporating new steel to strengthen the structure, the sign was brought back to life and incorporated LP FLEX logo's and LED illumination through-out.
As part of the project TDH also updated the original location sign box with a new and more energy efficient LED sign box. As well as created a custom mounted hanging sign, aluminum address letters and a interior magnetic letter track display.
Vancouver Aquarium underwent a rebrand in 2006 and needed fresh signage to compliment their new look.
Sai Woo Restaurant opened in 2015 and was named after the original restaurant that opened as a chop suey house in 1925 and closed in 1959. After seeing a youtube clip of the original sign from a 1958 chinatown parade, the owner wanted to bring the sign back to life.
From a 2 second clip of the sign, TDH took a screenshot and studied the layout, style and techniques used on the sign and started to work on the re-creation. Installed on July 28th the sign is a excellent replication of the original and brings a piece of history back into the area.
Aura Cannabis store front signage for their Vancouver Location.
S & L Kitchen + Bar in Langley, BC, required many hours of pre-design and testing to get the right effect. The pattern design is a multi-layer plastic assembly with 2 shades of applied vinyl. Thousands of LED's provided the illumination to create this powerful visual.
Juniper restaurant reached out to us to create a custom neon projecting sign based off their current logo and brand identity. We provided them with a couple of design options, and the final result showcases a highly visible, and creative sign for their Chinatown location.

The goal for this Langley Speedwash was to create a visual landmark that could be recognized throughout the city. TDH was involved early on in the concept stages which allowed our design team to come up with some unique ideas to meet the clients goals. The combination of diverse materials and creative applications allow this sign to achieve max. visibility during the day, and be a shining beacon at night.

Six Hundred Four approached us to help them bring their window display and sign ideas to life. We provided them with a workable solution to showcase their custom designed shoes in a creative and accessible way. The interchangeable window display was a challenging installation, but the finished product proved well-worth the effort.

Joyride is a high-end nail salon located in Vancouver's W4th shopping district. We were able to provide them with a sign solution that reflects that same high-end aesthetic and appeal that their brand is known for.

The Inlet Centre Fire Hall in Port Moody wanted their sign to pop with light, yet have a classy, timeless look. We came up with these letters: solid aluminum, with rear-mounted LED's to create the halo-illumination effect. The low-profile letters were the perfect compliment for their modern-meets-vintage building design.
These custom neon border tubes provided visual interest and helped frame the stage. The neon is mounted to black aluminum composite panels with a hidden frame, helping it blend in with the backdrop while providing structural support.
